Crescent Bacon Breakfast Ring Recipe

This Crescent Roll Bacon Breakfast Ring is loaded with bacon, red & green bell peppers, eggs, and cheddar cheese!


  • 1 can refrigerated crescents rolls 8
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon
  • ½ red bell pepper chopped
  • ½ green bell pepper chopped
  • 6 eggs 1 for egg wash
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Beat 5 eggs in a large bowl, then stir in chopped peppers. Season with salt and pepper (to taste). Scramble eggs in a skillet and set to the side.
  • Unroll each crescent roll on parchment paper-lined baking sheet, in a star shape.
  • On each crescent roll, lay a piece of cooked bacon, sprinkle half of the shredded cheese around the ring. Add scrambled eggs on top of cheese around the ring, then top with remainder of the cheese.
  • Fold crescent rolls over, then brush rolls with the egg wash.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the crescents are cooked and golden brown!
