Best Ever Sloppy Joes

The best and easiest recipe I have for Sloppy Joes. Onion, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, bell pepper, and celery goodness!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped green or red bell peppers
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery

Instructions 

  • Cook ground beef and chopped onion. Drain fat off meat. Add back to large pan. Add remaining ingredients. Mix. Reduce heat to low and cook 40 minutes. Serve with fresh bakery buns.
