2-Minute 2-Ingredient Frozen Fruit Smoothie

This 2-minute 2-ingredient frozen fruit smoothie makes a fast, easy, and perfectly ice-cold, thick smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 oz frozen fruit
  • 6-8 oz milk almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk, dairy milk, etc.

Instructions 

  • Fill blender or smoothie cup with frozen fruit (never go beyond the "fill" line on the cup).
  • Add milk of choice to the fill line of smoothie cup or just to enough to cover frozen fruit.
  • Blend until desired thickness.

I usually buy a 12-16 oz bagged frozen fruit to have on hand for each smoothie, any solo or combination.
