Change up your snack routine and try zucchini chips, simply seasoned with salt and pepper and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

medium zucchini
sliced thin
▢
olive oil
abt 1 TBSP

freshly cracked black pepper

sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with a Silpat or parchment paper.
Slice zucchini as thinly as possible and gently toss in oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Lay pieces down without them touching each other.
Bake at 250 for one hour, but watch carefully to avoid burning and turn pieces halfway through.
Cool and enjoy immediately.
