Presenting the easiest little snack –  delicious, unexpected and [mostly] good for you…Zucchini Chips!

Baked Salt and Pepper Zucchini Chips

Change up your snack routine and try zucchini chips, simply seasoned with salt and pepper and baked to perfection.

You need four ingredients, a few moments to slice, and one hour to bake.

Seasoning options can be modified to your personal taste – try adding smoked paprika, lemon pepper, or even some freshly grated asiago!  Have fun!

These DO reduce by nearly half their size, so keep that in mind if serving more than a couple of people, and plan to double or triple the recipe.

I honestly just enjoyed the whole batch myself. Ooops.

What seasonings will you try? Let us know in the comments… you know, so we have an excuse to try another batch. or three.
