Breakfast Ham, Egg, and Cheese Cups Recipe

Begin your day right with our flavorful and easy Breakfast Ham, Egg, and Cheese Cups. A simple and satisfying delight.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices lunchmeat ham
  • 4 tbsp + 1 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray 8 muffin cups with cooking spray. 
  • Place 1 slice of ham into each muffin cup. Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of cheese and around 1/2 tbsp green onions into each cup.
  • Crack one raw egg into each ham "cup." Sprinkle a bit of pepper onto each cup.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until eggs are done to your liking. Enjoy!
