Bang Bang Grilled Shrimp Skewers Recipe

This delicious bang bang grilled shrimp skewer recipe is drizzled with a Sriracha and honey sauce over a bed of Asian slaw.
Bang Bang Grilled Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Thai sweet red chili sauce
- 3 drops Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 lb. large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 10.5 ounce Asian slaw mix
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 350F to 400F (medium high) heat.
- In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, Sriarcha and honey, mixing well. Set aside.
- Thread shrimp on metal or wooden soaked wooden skewers. Brush evenly with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Grill shrimp on a lightly greased grill rack, covered with grill lid, 2 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink. Serve over slaw and drizzle with chili sauce.
