Slow Cooker Crockpot Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe
Is there anything better than chocolate? This decadent and rich Crockpot slow cooker chocolate lava cake says yes.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 18 oz 1 box brownie mix
- 1 package chocolate or chocolate fudge instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- topping: 1 scoop ice cream or whipped cream
Instructions
- Create brownie mix as directed on box, then pour into a greased 6-7 quart slow cooker.
- Whisk pudding instant mix and milk in a medium-sized bowl until smooth, then pour carefully over the brownie mix in the crockpot.
- Cover slow cooker with a paper towel and place the lid on top (to catch the condensation). Cook on high power 2-3 hours.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

Thank you for sharing these awesome crock pot recipes. My family and I tend to eat the same thing every week due to the fact that both parents work full-time jobs and by the time baby is picked up from preschool we are all exhausted. These crock pot recipes give me a better idea of ways to incorporate new meals. The food will be done by the time we get home and not spending an hour trying to cook after we finally make it home from work.
