Healthy Apple and Cheddar Salad Recipe
This Healthy Apple and Cheddar Salad recipe is inspired by the "Apple & Cheddar Salad" recipe from the Nutrilite Weight Management plan.
Ingredients
- 1/2 small apple cored and thinly sliced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 stalk celery diced
- 1 oz low-fat cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
- 2 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 4-5 large lettuce leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place apple slices in a small bowl; toss with lemon juice.
- Add celery, cheese, and mayonnaise; toss to coat.
- Serve on lettuce leaves and season to taste.
