This cold peanut butter cookie dessert is made with cookies, Cool Whip, peanut butter cups, and vanilla pudding.
As we head into the warm season (and OH HOW I AM READY FOR SUMMER), I have backyard BBQs and potluck parties on my mind.
The summer always brings some kind of event where I want to bring a little something special, and so today’s recipe is an ode to summer parties!
Peanut butter cookie dessert – an easy recipe to put together the night before and it’s a cold way to cool off in the heat.
This cold peanut butter cookie dessert is made with cookies, Cool Whip, peanut butter cups, and vanilla pudding.

Easy Peanut Butter Cookie Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 box peanut butter cookies
- Cool Whip
- peanut butter cups
- ½ cup peanut butter melted in microwave
- 1 box instant or regular vanilla pudding prepared according to package
Instructions
- Line the bottom of an 8×8 pan with peanut butter cookies.
- Top with a drizzle of melted peanut butter.
- Add ½ the pudding.
- Add half the cream.
- Top with chopped peanut butter cups.
- Repeat the layers.
- Decorate the top with crushed peanut butter cookies, peanut butter cups and a drizzle more of peanut butter.
- Chill overnight.

what kind of peanut butter cookies did you use for this? I cant tell if they’re a sandwich type cookie or just one cookie stacked up?
