Super easy garlic parmesan skillet rolls. Oh so yummy that you'll have trouble not eating the whole skillet by yourself.
Ingredients
- 12 frozen dinner rolls I used Rhodes brand
- 4 Tablespoons butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Lightly coat your iron skillet with butter. Place 12 frozen rolls in the skillet, leaving space in between each roll for expansion.
- Cover with plastic wrap and keep skillet at room temperature. Allow rolls to double in size (this takes about 4 hours).
- Once the rolls have doubled in size, preheat oven to 400°.
- Microwave the butter in a microwave safe bowl until melted. Add the Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt. Whisk to combine.
- Brush the melted seasoned butter on top of the rolls.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the rolls. Place back in the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
