Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced strawberries - fresh or frozen
- 1 cup blueberries - fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup simple syrup divided
- 10 oz vanilla yogurt two 5 oz containers
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the strawberries and 1/4 cup simple syrup to a blender and purée. Pour into the bottom of each ice pop mold. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
- Add the yogurt and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and stir well to blend. Spoon into each Tovolo Blue Rocket Pops mold, on top of the chilled strawberry layer. The strawberry layer should be frozen enough where the yogurt will not seep into it. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Add the blueberries and 1/4 cup simple syrup to a blender and purée. Pour on top of the yogurt layer of each mold, up to the top of each mold. Insert the stick/lid into each mold and freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- To serve, run warm water on the ice pop molds for about 15 seconds to release. ENJOY!!
