One-Bowl Southwest Chicken Salad Recipe

I knew that I wanted to make a salad with the chicken and Italian dressing, but when I saw the Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips flavor I knew exactly what to make.

Here is how to make it!
One-Bowl Southwest Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- grilled & ready chicken strips
- Italian dressing
- black beans drained
- corn fresh or can, drained
- romaine lettuce
- red bell pepper chopped
- tortilla strips
- lime cut into fours
Instructions
- Cook the chicken strips according to the package directions. After cooking, chop chicken into cubes, then add start building the salad, starting with the lettuce on bottom.
If you’re a cilantro fan, that would also make a great addition to top this salad with. I kept lime wedges nearby to squirt on the salad as I ate it, too.
The best thing about this recipe is that it’s so easy to put together. The Tyson Chicken is easy to heat up in a skillet and the rest of the ingredients just take a little chopping and assembling.
