Slow Cooker Shredded Mexican Chicken for Tacos or Nachos Recipe

Chicken breasts slow cooking with salsa and taco seasoning make for the most tender shredded chicken tacos  or nachos (or whatever you want to use it for) you’ll ever taste.

Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 1 jar of salsa

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  2. Shred chicken with forks before serving. Top with your favorite toppings!
