Strawberry Cupid Mimosas Cocktail Drink Recipe
This is a simple, yet delicious strawberry mimosa that can be enjoyed on Valentine’s Day for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner.
What is the perfect drink for Valentine’s Day? I have several ideas.
In the past, we have created delicious variations like our White Strawberry Love Potion, Orange Cream Mimosas, and Strawberry Valentine’s Cocktail, but today we wanted to put together some simple, yet delicious, that can be enjoyed on Valentine’s Day for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.

Strawberry Cupid Mimosas Cocktail Drink Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Heart shaped mold or ice cube tray
- 1 bottle champagne
- 2 champagne flutes
Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan, add the frozen strawberries. Heat over low/medium heat until the strawberries turn soft like a soup. (This takes about 6 to 8 minutes).
- Add sugar and stir. Cook foam additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
- Pour the cooled strawberry mixture into a food processor and purée.
- Pour the purée into a strainer to get rid of all of the small seeds.
- Transfer the strained purée to your heart shaped molds or ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Add 4-5 frozen strawberry heart cubes to each champagne flute.
- Pour champagne into each glass and ENJOY!!
