Warm Cinnamon Brown Sugar Sweet Potato Chips Recipe
Today's post is a warm cinnamon brown sugar sweet potato chip recipe that you will have a hard time not gobbling up!
Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato large, peeled
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- dash salt
- baking spray or melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Using a mandolin or a very sharp knife, cut slices of the sweet potato in ¼ inch slices.
- Lay them down on a parchment lined baking sheet in one layer.
- Mist a light layer of baking spray or brush melted butter over the surface of the slices.
- Sprinkle with the ginger, cinnamon, salt and brown sugar. Pat lightly to make it stick.
- Turn them over and repeat on the other side.
- Bake them for 20 minutes. If they aren’t crispy enough, leave them in for another 5 – 8 minutes.
- Serve immediately, and enjoy!
