Warm Cinnamon Brown Sugar Sweet Potato Chips Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sweet potato, large, peeled
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • dash salt
  • baking spray or melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Using a mandolin or a very sharp knife, cut slices of the sweet potato in ¼ inch slices.
  • Lay them down on a parchment lined baking sheet in one layer.
  • Mist a light layer of baking spray or brush melted butter over the surface of the slices.
  • Sprinkle with the ginger, cinnamon, salt and brown sugar. Pat lightly to make it stick.
  • Turn them over and repeat on the other side.
  • Bake them for 20 minutes. If they aren’t crispy enough, leave them in for another 5 – 8 minutes.
  • Serve immediately, and enjoy!
