10 Ways To Use Grapefruit Essential Oil
Some of my favorite essential oils are of the citrus variety. Lemon is great for cleaning, orange smells amazing in a diffuser, lime essential oil can make your feel energizes — but the one I love BEST is grapefruit. This tangy, delicious scent makes me think of my childhood. My mother always served grapefruit for breakfast. On days when I was especially lucky, there might be a sprinkling of cane sugar on top, but I actually LOVE plain grapefruit and eating little carefully cut segments with a special spoon.
Grapefruit essential oil is a seriously versatile oil and today I thought I might share a few of the ways it can be used! Enjoy!
