With the New Year just around the corner, you might be thinking about making some changes in the way you eat, as many New Year’s Resolutioners do! This year, on January 1st, our very own Amy Bellgardt is going to be doing the Whole 30 — which is why today I’m sharing some tasty Whole 30 recipes for her to try. Yum!

I’ve also done the Whole 30 before and it’s incredible just how much it changes the way you think about food. While my first experience with this program was in 2012, there are still ways in which it creeps into my life — for the best 🙂
