The Keto (or Ketogenic) lifestyle is really taking hold lately which means there are loads and loads of recipes out there to keep you Keto-happy!
What is the Keto Diet?
The ketogenic diet is a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carbohydrate diet that in medicine is used primarily to treat difficult-to-control (refractory) epilepsy in children. The diet forces the body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates.
While we may be big fans of carbs and sweets around here, that doesn’t mean that cutting those things out of our recipe rotation leaves us with bland, flavorless food options.
