Margarita Lime Cold Popsicle Recipe

Summer is already starting to peek out its lovely head here in Oklahoma. Temps are already hitting the 90’s and the sun is shining a whole lot more than usual. I say it’s time to break out the cold pops!
Specifically, cold pops for the adults, like these Margarita Lime Popsicles!

Margarita Lime Cold Popsicle Recipe
These refreshing Margarita Lime Popsicles for adults are the perfect way to cool off this summer.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1 cup margarita mix lime flavored
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 lime slices I used 4 limes
- Margarita salt to garnish
Instructions
- Add the ice to a blender.
- Pour in the tequila, margarita mix, orange juice and sugar.
- Mix until the ice is all chopped.
- Place 2 lime slices into each popsicle mold and pour the margarita mixture into each cold pop mold, up to the top. Sprinkle with margarita salt and insert the top/stick in.
- Freeze overnight or at least for 6 hours.
- Run warm water over the frozen molds and gently release each margarita pop from its mold.
