Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 6 jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
  • 12 slices of bacon, halved
tools you'll need:
  • toothpicks
  • hand or stand mixer, you can mix by hand if necessary
  • aluminum foil
  • wire baking rack
  • baking sheet

Instructions

  • Preheat over to 400°F.
  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, and paprika using a stand or hand mixer until well combined.
  • Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil, then place a wire baking rack on top of a baking sheet. Stuff each jalapeño half with mixture, then wrap with bacon,  securing each one with a toothpick. Place on wire rack.
  • Bake for 25-28 minutes.
