Cherry Garcia Fudge Dessert Recipe
This Cherry Garcia Fudge has layers of chocolate, cherry-flavored marshmallows, a cherry and drizzled with even more chocolate.
Today’s recipe combines my most favorite sweet ingredients – cherries and chocolate. In fact, my go-to ice cream is Ben & Jerry’s “Cherry Garcia” which is full of plump cherries and chocolate pieces. The. Best.
Layers of chocolate, cherry-flavored marshmallows, a cherry and drizzled with even more chocolate. So divine!

my cherry garcia fudge became very soft after one day. any suggestions?
Perhaps store in the fridge?
To keep the cherries on the fudge, I made a little impression on the top and dropped a bit of chocolate in before putting the cherry on. I put them in the fridge for a few minutes to set the chocolate before dipping and drizzling. Voila! No rolling cherries. This fudge is delicious and adorable!
