Easy Creamy Avocado Hummus Dip Recipe
This avocado hummus recipe is so quick to make for a game day snack. It’s easy to whip up another batch, too!
I’ve written before about my love of entertaining during the game, so you may see a trend by now. Whether it’s the Super Bowl or a regular Sunday game, I love getting people together to hang out, chat, and of course, eat. It’s a great opportunity for me to experiment with different recipes, too!
Easy Creamy Avocado Hummus Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 avocado halved, pitted and skinned
- 1 clove of garlic
- 7 oz chickpeas drained
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Spread on your favorite crackers!
The recipe is so quick to make, which is important for a game day snack since you never know when you might need to whip up another batch.
