I’ve written before about my love of entertaining during the game, so you may see a trend by now. Whether it’s the Super Bowl or a regular Sunday game, I love getting people together to hang out, chat, and of course, eat. It’s a great opportunity for me to experiment with different recipes, too!

Easy Creamy Avocado Hummus Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado, halved, pitted and skinned
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 7 oz chickpeas, drained
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Spread on your favorite crackers!
