as much as mine do? Actually, our whole family can’t get enough of these silly little yellow dudes, and we’re so excited to see Despicable Me on June 30th in theaters!
To celebrate the upcoming release of the movie, I decided to share a fun Minions cupcake that I made for a fun Minions party a few years ago.
These fun Minions party cupcakes are made with Twinkies that I made with Twinkies, google eyes, and boxed cake mix.

How to Make Despicable Me Minions Movie Party Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 box of yellow cake
- thin black icing
- googly eyes
- 12 Twinkies halved
- blue cupcake liners
- blue frosting
Instructions
- Make cupcakes according to the directions on the box of cake. Let cool.
- Add blue frosting on top of the cupcakes, then place a halved Twinkie on top of frosting.
- Add eyes and blue frosting for details!
Another cute idea that went over well at the last party was this Minions mason jar dispenser that I added some paper googles on it.
