Lucky Charms Yogurt Parfait Recipe
Lucky Charms marshmallows mixed with low-fat yogurt and layered into a beautiful parfait, topped with Lucky Charms cereal and marshmallows!
With my kids home for the summer, it’s pretty much guaranteed that they’re going to be hungry all of the time.
Our summer schedules are jam-packed with trips to the pool, outdoor games, camp, family road trips, and neighborhood potlucks so having a quick, go-to snack on hand is a total must.
Summertime always makes me think of bright, fun colors. Putting together these simple Lucky Charms Yogurt Parfaits is such a treat for Charlie because I give him the job of picking out all of the marshmallows from the Lucky Charms cereal. I think it’s because he always sneaks a marshmallow or two in the process. Who wouldn’t?
We all love these Lucky Charms Yogurt Parfaits and they definitely love us back with big flavor and amazing taste! Basically, I’ve never met a Lucky Charm I didn’t love.
Thank goodness for cereal – a delicious lifeline and wholesome pantry staple, offering an easy snack, a flavorful recipe to share – and of course, a go-to breakfast option kids can “make” themselves.
