For St. Patrick’s Day coming up, I thought, “Why not put a Peppermint Patty into a drink?” So, it happened.

I am a big believer in having a cocktail (or mocktail for the non-drinkers) for every holiday. Because it’s fun and special. And it gives me a good reason to be creative.

  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 2 oz half and half cream
  • 2 oz Chocolate Cake Vodka

  • Add the ice, half and half cream, chocolate cake vodka, peppermint liqueur, Baileys Irish Cream and the Creme de Menthe to a cocktail shaker. Secure the lid tightly.
