Easy 2-Ingredient Strawberry Fudge Recipe

I am back with another two-ingredient dessert recipe that I’m sure you are going to love – Strawberry Fudge.
When we think of fudge, we often think of milk chocolate fudge or even peanut butter fudge, but this one is an out-of-the-box version that just may become your new fudge flavor!
This is a super simple, friends. No candy thermometer, double boiler, or cooking spray. And it’s yummy to boot!
With only two ingredients, strawberry frosting and white chocolate chips, this strawberry fudge is a super simple and delicious dessert recipe!
Ingredients You’ll Need
optional third ingredient: add rainbow sprinkles to the fudge before placing it into the refrigerator!
Equipment You’ll Need
- 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan
- parchment paper or aluminum foil
- small baking bowl
- mixing spoon
- silicone spatula
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Using a small bowl, microwave white chocolate for 30 seconds intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth. Add frosting and stir until well-combined.
- Pour mixture into baking pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate until set, then cut into small cubes.
storage tip: store fudge in the refrigerator for up to 8-10 days.
