Healthy Apple and Cheddar Salad Recipe
This recipe is inspired by the “Apple & Cheddar Salad” recipe from the Nutrilite Weight Management plan. It is pretty simple, but very yummy and easy to make.
Apple & Cheddar Salad
1/2 small apple, cored and thinly sliced
2 tsp lemon juice
1 stalk celery, diced
1 oz low-fat cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
2 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
4-5 large lettuce leaves
salt and pepper to taste
1. Place apple slices in a small bowl; toss with lemon juice.
2. Add celery, cheese, and mayonnaise; toss to coat.
3. Serve on lettuce leaves and season to taste.
