Lucky St. Patrick’s Day Lime Punch Recipe
While the Christmas season has red colored foods galore, March brings everything green. This delicious lime punch is perfect for St. Patrick’s Day. A little sour, a little sweet, and it can be made non alcoholic and still taste great. If you want to stick with a strict green theme, use only lime slices is your punch. Lucky St. Patrick's Day Lime Punch

2 quarts lime sherbet
2 liters ginger ale
1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice
Lemon (or orange) slices
optional: 1 to 2 cups alcohol of your choice (lime or pineapple flavored alcohol would be great)
In a punch bowl, add 2 quarts of lime sherbet. Then add ginger ale and pineapple juice. Decorate with lemon and lime slices and some maraschino cherries.
