Today is day 23 of my Whole30 experience. For those of you unfamiliar, with the Whole30 program, I’ve been eating only the following: “meat, seafood, eggs, tons of vegetables, some fruit, and plenty of good fats from fruits, oils, nuts, and seeds” and nothing else.

Eggs are a must-have & this recipe is a tasty one. We’ve been eating organic, free-range eggs like mad!

Have you ever done the Whole30? What was your experience like? I’m LOVING it. I can honestly say I’ve never felt better in my entire life. I’m keeping gluten-free when I’m done, and I will absolutely be going beyond my 30 days of strict eating. I sleep better, I have more energy and I’ve dropped a few pant sizes. Fall is coming and I’m feeling fantastic!

I’ve been Paleo for 10 months now and I feel amazing. I cannot even begin to tell you the health benefits that my family and I have realized since starting our whole30 life. I love that you are lovin it too!
