Pressure Cooker Loaded Baked Potato Soup Recipe

Disclosure: Products and compensation were provided to me by the Crock-Pot® brand, but my opinions are my own.

It doesn’t matter if it’s fall, winter, spring or summer, I am ALWAYS in the mood for soup. Light or hearty, I’m always a fan of a flavorful broth and yummy toppings. Soup FTW!

For today’s post, I have put together a loaded baked potato soup made in a pressure cooker (I personally use a Crock Pot® Express Crock Multi-Cooker), so it’s VERY fast, yet very, very yummy!

This soup made in a pressure cooker includes creamy potatoes and carrots cooked in a flavorful chicken broth, then loaded with a TON of cheese, crumbled bacon, sour cream, and green onions. Crock Pot Multi-cooker or Instant Pot.
