Easy 2-Ingredient Nutella Brownies Recipe
With only two ingredients, Nutella and eggs, these Nutella brownies are a deliciously simple dessert recipe!
If you haven’t noticed, we’ve been putting together a crazy list of 2-ingredient dessert recipes a lot lately. We can’t help it. We like easy and inexpensive yumminess!
Since we’re not stopping this delicious trend, we are back today with a new sweet treat with only two ingredients – 2-Ingredient Nutella Brownies.
These rich, hazelnut chocolatey brownies are heaven in each bite. It’s hard to believe the ingredients are so very simple.
These brownies have the perfect crackly tops that brownies gotta have. Seriously addicting! Ready for the recipe?
Equipment Needed for Nutella Brownies
Ingredients for Nutella Brownies
- 1 cup Nutella or chocolate-hazelnut spread
- 4 eggs
- optional third ingredient: sprinkle mini milk or dark chocolate chips on top of bars after taking them out of the oven!
Instructions for Nutella Brownies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit (176 degrees celsius). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan with non-stick baking spray and line with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave Nutella on high for about 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds or so, until soft and creamy.
- Using an electric mixer (or stand mixer), whisk eggs until pale and creamy (around 7-8 minutes). Add Nutella to eggs and whisk at low speed until well combined (around 2 minutes).
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Let cool before slicing into bars.
